First of all: I thought that the book would explain how to lose weight eating chocolate (not that I’m interested in losing weight… but I’m interested in eating more chocolate). Sadly, it doesn’t explain this miracle: it explains how to lose weight if you are a chocoholic.
And it doesn’t do any miracles: it explains how to eat less chocolate without getting crazy eating less chocolate.
But there are parts of this book that are completely brilliant! Some pages are amazing, like when it tries to discover what kind of chocolate eater are you… by asking you a series of questions. I didn’t know if the questions were serious or jokes. Best humour! (even if it’s not a humour book).
